Taking the SGCC's "Pilot Construction Work Program for Digital Power Supply Stations" as the general guide, with the direction of reducing the burden of the grassroots and digital empowerment, and relying on the existing informatization achievements of the SGCC's equipment, marketing and other professions, and based on the principle of "integrated planning, step-by-step implementation", the company focuses on consolidating the foundation of digitization, and enhancing the ability to support digitization, to create a characteristic digital power supply station characterized by "one platform, one terminal, one warehouse and one practical training". Driven by the structure of the dual center stage, the integration of the common systems of the power supply station, the consolidation of "an account, a platform, a work ticket, a terminal, a tool" five basic base, in order to serve the management of the power supply station, and take the internal staff, field personnel as the direction, to construct three types of high-frequency nineteen (six management functions, seven internal assistants, six one-key operation) senarios, so as to ultimately realize the goals.

Driven by the structure of double center stage, integrating and connecting the common systems of power supply offices, consolidating the five basic bases of "one account, one platform, one work order, one terminal, one tool", and carrying out three types of nineteen high-frequency applications (six management panels, seven internal assistants, and six one-key assignments) with the direction of serving three types of personnel, namely, the management, internal and field personnel of power supply offices, the construction of scenario applications, and finally realizing the goal of "six".
